I am trained on a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.

On-site services are offered by appointment only. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment time.
Mobile services may be provided for in-house calls, private events, bridal showers, employee appreciation, and birthdays. For locations 5 miles away from La Crescenta, prices are variable travel fees based on distance.
Discounts are offered to seniors, teachers, active military service members, and veterans.
Tips are greatly appreciated.

📋 Rewind 2 Wellness — Client Policy for Massage Therapy & Skincare
Thank you for choosing Rewind 2 Wellness. To ensure a professional, respectful, and relaxing experience for all clients, please review the following policies:
💻 Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be booked online at www.Rewind2wellness.glossgenius.com or by calling/texting (818) 797-5660.
A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment, except for prepaid services.
New clients must complete an intake and consent form before their first visit.
⏰ Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected events can arise. To ensure appointment availability for all clients, and therapists' time is respected we have updated our booking policy.
We kindly ask for at least a 48-hour notification for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service.
Clients who do not show up to their appointment without prior notification and wish to rebook will be required to make a $25 deposit (amount may vary depending on the type of service), which also applies to ALL pre-paid sessions. The deposit will be credited towards your next session or gratuity.
No-shows will be charged 100% deposit for the service fee.
⌛ Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive over 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
Full service charges apply for shortened sessions due to late arrival.
💆♀️ Massage Therapy Clients
Massage therapy is strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, car accident injuries or areas of concern before your session.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage and other massages may require medical clearance for certain conditions.
🧖♀️ Skincare Clients
Avoid using exfoliants, retinol, or acids 48-hours before and after facial treatments unless advised.
If you are pregnant, nursing, or on medications (such as Accutane), please inform your esthetician beforehand.
Results vary by skin type, and consistent treatments and home care are recommended for best results.
🤒 Health & Wellness Policy
If you are sick, contagious, or have been exposed to illness, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive showing signs of illness, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
💳 Payments & Gratuity
We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.
All paid services are final. No refunds.
Gratuity is not included, but always appreciated.
